1. Take Pictures.
Color photos, please. Size at least 5"x3". Picture #1 (no additional cost with order) in most cases should be the full front of your home taken at a slight angle (if possible) so one side of the house shows slightly and adds some "depth" to the photo. You may submit as many additional photos of rooms, yard, pool, deck, etc. as you want. Additional photos cost just $5.00 each. IDENTIFY ALL PHOTOS SUBMITTED. (SUCH AS "Smith Home - Kitchen") WRITE ONLY ON A LABEL AND AFFIX THE LABEL TO THE BACK OF THE PHOTO. DO NOT WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE BACK OF ANY PHOTO. Pen or pencil impressions may show through the photo and make it look terrible.

2. The Basic Info.
Don't waste time while you're waiting for the photos to come back from the developer. (Polaroid pictures are OK, but may not look as good as pictures taken with a good film camera). Start now to write the headline and descriptive copy for your ad. Your description should be printed clearly or typewritten in Section 5 of this form.

3. Your Cost
$19.95 for as long as it takes to sell your house. First picture is free. Additional pictures are $5.00 each. Your home is listed free in HomeScout, and, if the house is located in NJ, it will also be listed in New Jersey House & Homes. A COPY OF YOUR HOME ADVERTISEMENT ON THE INTERNET WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF ITS FIRST APPEARANCE ON THE WWW. YOUR CHANGES AFTER PUBLICATION WILL BE CHARGED AT $5.00 PER PAGE. 5. Your Description. (Type or Print Clearly, please.) In your own words describe your home. Don't try to be an advertising copywriter. Avoid superlatives that sound phony. Simply explain why you and your family chose to live in this house: the neighborhood, school system, life style, commuting to work convenience etc. Then, describe the house as a home, with particular attention to why anyone would want to live in it, such as: how you’ve used and enjoyed it's convenience features, fireplace, deck, yard, pool, wood shop, etc.
